Pros: For a big tech company, the PTO is pretty solid. We get decent time off, which helps when you need a break. The hybrid work setup in the Seattle office also helps, giving some flexibility.
Cons: There are definitely crunch times, especially with big project deadlines. As a Software Engineer, you'll sometimes have to put in extra hours or late night meetings. It's not always a consistent 40-hour week.
