What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain digital systems and platforms that enhance the customer experience, including websites and mobile applications.
- Manage end-to-end development for both the frontend and backend of the company's digital assets, ensuring seamless integration between systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, tech and devops suppliers to enable digital system's development
- Implement features and functionality across multiple systems, continuously improving performance, scalability, and user engagement.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of web and app platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js
- 2+ years of experience with React/React Native
- Strong background in SaaS system integrations, including connecting and optimizing various cloud-based platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently
