We are looking for a passionate and experienced DevOps Engineer to join a central DevOps platform team, responsible for designing, building, and scaling organization-wide automation and application infrastructure solutions in cloud environments.
The team leads the implementation of enterprise-grade DevOps technologies and automation platforms, providing infrastructure capabilities across the entire technology organization.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain application infrastructures for DevOps and automation platforms
- Build innovative automation solutions with a strong focus on platform thinking
- Lead initiatives to improve Developer Experience (DX) and Time to Market (TTM)
- Establish and operate automation infrastructures in private and public cloud environments
- Work closely with multiple development teams across the organization
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience- mandatory
- Strong passion for technology and working with diverse tools and platforms
- Proven experience with application infrastructure platforms
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker
- Experience with Jenkins
- Experience with ArgoCD (GitOps)
- Experience with databases such as Redis, MongoDB, MySQL
- Understanding of enterprise-scale CI/CD processes
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- High level of self-learning, ownership, and motivation
- Team player with a strong desire to make an impact
