Model Developer / Predictive Analytics Specialist
We are looking for a Model Developer to join a dynamic, data-driven environment and take part in developing, monitoring, and improving predictive and decision-making models that support business processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex analyses of business processes, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations
- Monitor and control the implementation of predictive and decision models באמצעות פיתוח דוחות אנליטיים בסביבת Production
- Develop and implement predictive and decision models using available data sources and quantitative methodologies
- Design and execute testing frameworks for decision-making logic, including issue resolution processes
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for models (predictive & decision) and manage change documentation
Requirements
- Academic degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or similar)
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries
- Practical experience in developing and implementing predictive models / Predictive Analytics
- Proven experience analyzing complex processes with strong attention to detail
- Experience in Visual Analytics tools such as Tableau
- Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
