Job Description:
We are hiring a Process Engineer to join our Engineering team in a medical device manufacturing environment with in-house production lines.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise production line performance, ensuring operational stability, quality compliance, and yield targets are consistently achieved
- Identify bottlenecks and improve cycle time and capacity
- Investigate production malfunctions and field failures
- Perform structured root cause analysis (Fishbone, 5 whys, etc.)
- Implement process changes under controlled engineering change procedures (ECOs)
- Support non-conformance handling and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Prepare technical and validation reports (IQ/OQ/OQ)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering from a well-known institute.
Job requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering OR MSc in a relevant field
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in statistical analysis tools
- Strong ability to present technical investigation and process data to cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management capabilities
- Familiarity with root cause analysis practices
- Experience in a regulated environment (medical device/ pharma/ Automotive) - an advantage
- Clean room work experience – an advantage
- Experience with pneumatic systems/ motion systems/ assembly fixtures – an advantage
Computer skills: Full control of all MS-Office applications, industrial CAD software (SolidWorks)
Language skills: Fluent English - written and spoken
