CodeValue is looking for experienced Hands-On Java Architects to join a large-scale Enterprise project in the banking and financial services domain.
The role combines software architecture with hands-on Java development, with a focus on designing and implementing complex Enterprise solutions, Services, APIs, Microservices, and integration patterns. You will work closely with development teams and be involved throughout the full lifecycle — from architecture and design through hands-on implementation.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop complex Enterprise systems and solutions using Java.
- Define architecture for Services, APIs, Microservices, and integration flows.
- Take a hands-on role in Java development and implementation.
- Work with Integration Patterns and Enterprise architecture principles.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Create architecture and technical design documents.
- Work closely with development teams throughout implementation.
- Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and support production systems.
- Ensure solutions align with business, technical, security, and operational requirements.
Location: Rishon LeZion
Work Model: Hybrid – 1 day per week on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hands-On Software / Solution Architect.
- Strong hands-on Java development experience in production environments.
- Strong experience designing and developing Java-based Enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with Services, APIs, Microservices, and integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Integration Patterns.
- Strong understanding of system design, data modeling, and distributed systems.
- Ability to combine architectural thinking with hands-on coding and technical leadership.
- Experience working closely with development teams and driving solutions from design through implementation.
- Experience in banking / financial services – a strong advantage.
