We're looking for a WordPress Developer to join the Marketing & Growth team of a leading global content creation platform. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the company's website, build high-impact web experiences, and collaborate closely with design, SEO, and growth teams to drive business results.
The role combines hands-on development, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and close collaboration with Marketing, Growth, Design, and Product teams.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain responsive, pixel-perfect web pages based on Figma designs
- Build and implement dynamic web components and integrations with internal and external systems
- Improve website performance, page speed, and Core Web Vitals
- Implement SEO, accessibility, usability, and conversion optimization best practices
- Lead web projects end-to-end, from planning and development through testing and launch
- Design, manage, and maintain scalable CMS structures to support ongoing content initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, SEO, Content, and Growth
- Work with external vendors and development partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Requirements:
Must-have:
- 4+ years of experience building and maintaining production marketing or commercial websites
- Hands-on WordPress development experience, including custom development from scratch and PHP programming
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
- Experience working with analytics and tagging tools such as GA4, GTM, or Segment
- Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser, and cross-device compatibility
- Strong attention to visual detail, UX, and responsive web experiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them from concept to launch
- Experience working with Figma and translating designs into pixel-perfect web pages
- Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, or development vendors
- Experience working closely with Marketing, Growth, or Digital teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience migrating websites between CMS platforms
- Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP or Lottie
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or Convert
- Knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, and web accessibility best practices
