We’re expanding our team and looking for a seasoned Backend Developer at a senior level to help build advanced networking solutions within the cyber domain. This position involves leading the end-to-end development of sophisticated products — from early design stages through deployment — while addressing complex technical challenges.
In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with customers to deeply understand their requirements and constraints, translating them into practical, high-impact solutions. You’ll also maintain continuous interaction with engineers, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure alignment and success throughout the entire development process.
What You Bring
- At least 4 years of experience in backend or full-stack development
- Solid background in cybersecurity concepts, networking, and Linux environments
- Strong coding skills in Python
- Strong experience in networking: deep understanding of network protocols and the OSI 7-layer model, development of services and communication systems (e.g., CNN), and hands-on experience working with firewalls, Wireshark, and routers.
- Hands-on experience working with databases such as SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with messaging systems and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Pub/Sub)
- Proven experience designing and developing REST-based microservices
- Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (considered a plus)
