CPL Recruitment is partnering with a leading and rapidly growing organisation within the packaging and laboratory testing sector to recruit a Technical Document Controller to join their expanding team.
Based in a certified, high-spec testing environment, this is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative and technically advanced setting, supporting the delivery of packaging performance testing to international standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure the smooth flow of technical information
Manage and control all technical and project documentation from creation through to archiving
Prepare and maintain test reports, SOPs, and supporting documentation
Review client test protocols and support internal teams with accurate and compliant documentation
Assist in preparing detailed quotations based on technical specifications
Support quality assurance processes, including participation in internal and external audits
Skills & Experience
1–3+ years’ experience in document control, ideally within a regulated or technical environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across technical and non-technical teams
Experience with ISO standards, laboratory environments, or document control systems is advantageous
