The Role
• Build, deploy, manage, and reinvent the software, tools, and services that power a massive cloud computing infrastructure.
• Simplify and enhance systems and processes to improve the experience for internal customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring long-term stability and preventing recurrence.
• Develop and maintain production-quality tools to address real-time operational challenges within a global network.
• Collaborate closely with network engineers to understand their needs and provide effective technical solutions.
What You'll Need
• Foundational knowledge of networking, security, databases, and operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows).
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience designing, developing, or operating cloud services on a major cloud platform is a plus.
• National of an EU member state is required for this role.
