Electrical Engineering Expert (AI Training)

We're looking for electrical engineering professionals to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models. Your domain expertise will directly shape how AI understands and solves complex engineering problems — from circuit analysis to signal processing to control systems.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your technical knowledge creates real impact on the next generation of AI.

What You'll Do
- Design Challenging Problems — Create advanced electrical engineering problems across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, and electromagnetics to rigorously test AI performance
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Develop precise, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as gold-standard benchmarks for AI learning
- Audit Technical Accuracy — Evaluate AI-generated code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs for correctness, safety, and adherence to engineering standards (e.g., IEEE, NEC)
- Improve AI Reasoning — Identify logical gaps or errors in AI-generated engineering reasoning and provide structured feedback to help models think more reliably
- Work Independently — Complete assignments asynchronously on a schedule that works for you
Who You Are
- Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field
- Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or embedded systems
- Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and precisely in written form
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for mathematical and logical accuracy
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, technical writing, or quality evaluation
- Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, SPICE, Simulink)
- Background in robotics, signal processing, or engineering standards compliance
