Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management (Jakarta)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor the daily performance of the Client infrastructure, understand the critical MEP systems including UPS, CRAC, HVAC, Chiller, Generators, Plumbing, Fire Safety Systems, and BMS (Building Management Systems).
Supervise onsite technician and external contractors performing engineering, repair, and maintenance tasks.
Manage, supervise and develop a close working relationship with third-party engineering contractors, ensuring all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks are completed to SLA standards.
Conduct regular walkthroughs / inspections onsite Client premise to identify potential failures, safety hazards or areas for improvement, and ensure safety standards are complies with local building codes, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.
Act as a central point of contact connecting technical operations with the wider site team and respond swiftly to equipment failures and incidents. Must be prepared to be on call and work out of normal working hours where applicable.
Review vendor service reports, diagnose technical issues based on their findings, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Asset Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for all technical equipment, warranties, service histories, and regulatory certificates.
Permit-to-Work (PTW) management: Review and issue risk assessments and work method statements.
Supporting stakeholders to any request related to facilities and coordinate special projects as directed by JLL or Client
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Diploma in any related field, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years in Facilities Management field, experienced or have knowledge in technical operations works.
Good communication skills (written and spoken english is mandatory)
Ability to build good working relationships with Managers, Stakeholders, Landlords, Colleagues and Service providers.
