About The Role:
To ensure seamless integration of various systems, networks, and services while providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high service level agreements (SLA), and enhancing operational efficiency.
What Will You Do:
- Integrate diverse systems, networks, and servers to achieve overall aims within the SLA.
- Handle System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) together with merchants.
- Manage production configuration setup, production testing, automated configuration reviews, and initial transaction monitoring with merchants.
- Provide credentials and documentation to merchants related to the system integration (SI) process preparation.
- Assist and respond to merchants' technical inquiries during their SI development phase.
- Build integration pipelines to allow frequent code changes and updates efficiently.
- Respond to incidents, identify/investigate root causes, and resolve issues within SLA, focusing on build, test, and deployment pipelines in the staging/sandbox environment.
- Document and create visual representations of systems, including their inputs and outputs.
What we are looking for:
- Responsible for leading the development of complex products or product lines.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Drive the product strategy, ensuring that the products align with business goals and customer needs.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking, as you will oversee junior Product Owners, prioritize features, and guide the team toward successful delivery.
- Shaping the product direction, optimizing workflows, and achieving product excellence.
- Acts as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that the product delivers measurable business outcomes.

- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in system integration and network configuration.
- Hands-on experience with SIT and UAT processes.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of staging, sandbox environments, and production deployments.
