Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing end-to-end content projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives from planning to publishing.
  • Manage campaign workflows across internal teams including Creative, Design, Production, Social Media, KOL, and Ads teams.
  • Create content planning and content calendars based on campaign and client objectives.
  • Develop creative briefs, scripts, captions, and overall content direction.
  • Oversee the content production process from pre-production, shooting, revisions, until final delivery.
  • Handle live reporting during campaign execution, event coverage, or ongoing projects to ensure smooth coordination and real-time updates.
  • Act as the PIC (Person in Charge) to ensure all projects are delivered according to timeline and deadlines.
  • Coordinate directly with clients regarding approvals, revisions, and campaign needs.
  • Ensure all content outputs align with each brand’s guidelines, tone, and target audience.
  • Monitor campaign/content performance and provide basic performance evaluations and insights.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, digital campaigns, and content behavior to implement into projects.
  • Handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Content Specialist, Content Executive, Social Media Specialist, or related role in an agency or brand.
  • Experienced in handling end-to-end campaigns and content projects.
  • Strong understanding of content planning, creative briefing, scripting, and content direction.
  • Familiar with social media content production workflows (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strong sense of branding, storytelling, and social media trends.
  • Able to work detail-oriented, fast, and multitask across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across divisions.
  • Having experience in beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or entertainment brands is a plus.
  • Understanding basic social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, awareness, CTR, etc.) is a plus.
  • Willing to work WFO and be mobile for production/shooting needs when required.
