Position Overview
Your primary role is to drive the selection process by identifying and validating top talent from our applicant pool. You will be responsible for high-volume shortlisting and conducting initial screening calls to ensure only the best candidates reach our hiring managers. You will also be the "data anchor" for the team, providing clear reports and analysis on candidate flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and filter a high volume of inbound applications daily, ensuring alignment with job requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct introductory calls to assess candidate technical basics, cultural fit, salary expectations, and overall motivation.
- Act as the first point of contact, providing a professional and exciting introduction to the company to maintain candidate interest.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate regular reports on applicant status, screening outcomes, and pipeline health.
- Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is consistently updated to provide real-time visibility into the hiring stages.
Job Requirements
Must Have:
- 1–3 years in Recruitment or Sourcing, specifically handling high-volume candidate evaluation.
- Highly skilled at conducting brief yet effective initial interviews to vet candidate quality.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or ATS reporting tools to track and analyze recruitment data.
Nice to Have:
- Proven experience in Mass Hiring projects.
- Proficiency in Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Direct experience in Headhunting passive talent for niche roles.
