Job Description:
Attendance tracking and basic attendance recording for outsourced DC agents
Payroll calculation support to Collection Vendors
Daily report generation to Outsource Team and Vendors in order to support daily performance achievement
New outsourced DC Agents administration support
Quality checking of agent performance and workflow compliance based on the operational standards in Vendor's workplaces
Training and mentoring DC New Agents in Vendor's workplaces
Cross-Location Coordination
Escalation for QA issues handling and feedback, and manual adjustment needed performance calculation
Recapitulation and validation of MPP (Manpower Planning)
C-BOSS System maintenance for Outsource Team and Collection Vendor's DC Agents
Catering Schedule Planning and Coordination for Outsource Team
Job Requirement: administration skill, communication skill, basic office software skill, English languange
