Conduct research and development (R&D) for new short-form video formats and present findings to leadership.
Develop content strategy, segmentation, and ensure strong FYP performance across brands.
Create creative decks, script cycles, and provide solutions for underperforming brands.
Review scripts and final video outputs to ensure quality and alignment with standards.
Lead and direct the creative team (scriptwriters, videographers, talent, editors) during content production.
Provide daily direction, feedback, and training for scriptwriters.
Support reporting processes and act as backup for communication and operational needs when required.
Act as a decision maker and ensure overall team performance and execution run effectively.
