Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Public Administration, Community Development, or a related field.
At minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program coordination or stakeholder/community engagement.
Having strong skill for planning, coordination, and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote or field environments.
Clear and effective communication both written and verbal, ability to explain and convey messages about complex issues; strong influencing skills.
Ability to work independently to deliver business objectives, ability to work in multi-cultural environment with other internal functions and external stakeholders and government representatives.
Experience in gathering strategic/complex information and synthesising/presenting it efficiently both orally and in written to help developing business solutions, plans and priorities.
Able to manage the stress caused by the volatile external dynamic as well as enjoys difficult negotiations to solve problems.
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Work experience in Papua is preferred
