Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields.
Minimal 3 years experience as Maintenance Manager in FMCG Industry (preferably Food Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry).
Project Management skills and experience are an added advantage.
Understand vertical and horizontal machine packing, process machine, utilities, preventive maintenance systems, 5W and Fishbone Methods, TPM, AM, PLC, and SAP PM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Tanggung Jawab:
Make an annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH).
Cost saving program and efficiency in the use of energy, spare parts and operations.
Conduct, control, and evaluate operational activities (daily, weekly, monthly).
Improving factory performance continuously for system improvement and creating teamwork to achieve the target.
