Job Description
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement for facilities management services, MEP systems, and CAPEX projects
- Lead tender and RFP processes, including vendor selection, technical and commercial evaluation, and negotiations
- Structure and manage contracts and commercial models aligned with operational and project requirements
- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and approval processes
- Develop and manage suppliers for both facilities services and long lead‑time critical equipment
- Proactively manage supplier timelines to secure on‑time or accelerated delivery and mitigate lead‑time risks
- Partner closely with Facilities, Engineering, and Project teams to align procurement activities with service and project schedules
The Successful Applicant
- 5-9 years of procurement experience, ideally supporting facilities or capital projects
- Experience sourcing MEP, infrastructure, or long lead‑time equipment
- a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong stakeholder management across engineering, Facility management and services, and project teams
- Proven negotiation and contract management skills for high‑value purchases
- Able to communicate, read, and write in Mandarin
