Gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
Design and develop solution architectures to meet organizational IT needs.
Manage and support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for assigned projects.
Perform business process analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop, review, and maintain software design and technical documentation.
Implement Agile methodologies to ensure effective project delivery.
Analyze business problems and propose effective, practical solutions.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (S1), any major, with experience in the IT field.
Have at least 3 years experience as a System Analyst or in an equivalent position in a similar industry
Analyze business problems and translate them into technical requirements
Mastering Microsoft Office, SQL, system administration, programming languages, and applications.
Conduct Business Requirement Analysis
Design and develop Solution Architecture
Perform Business Process Design and Continuous Improvement
Create and review Software Design
Able to think critically, communicate, conduct business analysis, be creative, and do planning.
Able to design and provide new solutions to meet IT organizational needs.
Apply and manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Understands general banking flow or has experience in banking IT.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Be creative and methodical in identifying problems and proposing effective solutions
Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
Willing to work onsite at Central Jakarta
