Key Responsibilities
- As our primary company representative, you’ll showcase Hukumonline's diverse offerings, connecting clients with the solutions they need to succeed.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling, while fostering lasting relationships with our clients.
- Act as a trusted bridge between our clients and the company, ensuring client satisfaction, and successful business relationships.
- Prepare compelling proposals customized to meet the unique needs of each client, showcasing how our offerings can provide solutions to their challenges.
- Work closely with cross-divisional teams to swiftly address client concerns and deliver maximum value, ensuring our clients always feel supported.
- Leverage client feedback to provide valuable suggestions for product and service development, helping us grow and adapt in a dynamic market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Min. 2 years experience as Account Manager, Sales or Client Relationship management, preferably in a consulting/legal/ technology industry environment.
- Proven communication skills in storytelling, influencing, and customer engagement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed, up to 30%, depending on business requirements.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa is a must, as well as strong writing and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with using CRM tools (Salesforce, Odoo) is an advantage
