Brief Job Description :

Network Design & Operations
Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN).
Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of network systems.
Support deployment and optimization of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
Monitor network performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks and outages.
Network Security
Implement and enforce network security policies and best practices.
Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and access control mechanisms.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and support incident response activities.
Ensure compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshooting & Support
Act as an escalation point for complex network issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, changes, and incidents.

Additional Role Requirement :

Project & Change Management
Support planning and execution of network-related projects and upgrades.
Participate in change management processes with minimal service disruption.
Prepare technical reports, network diagrams, and implementation plans.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure network operations align with company policies and audit requirements.
Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, SOPs, and DR/BCP documentation.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls
Network troubleshooting & root cause analysis
Routing & Switching
Network Security: VPN, Firewall policies, IDS/IPS, NAC
Monitoring tools (SNMP, SolarWinds, Wireshark)
Wireless networking & access point management
Basic data center networking concepts
Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS / Azure / GCP, VPN, security groups)
Backup, DR, and high-availability concepts

Education : Bachelor Degree
