Description
Requirement
- Age required above 20 years old and maximum 25 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering with GPA > 3.00 from a reputable university.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Have a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management System.
- Ability to analyze data, identify quality issues, and propose corrective actions.
- Have good computer literacy and be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Understand and have an interest in the Automotive Manufacturing Process.
- Willing to be placed in Bekasi, West Java.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer forecasts/POs and machining line capacity (CNC, turning, milling)
- Calculate material requirements (raw material, tooling, consumables) based on BOM and production plan
- Monitor and control raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory to avoid overstock/stockout
- Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely material delivery from suppliers based on lead time
- Manage customer delivery schedules and ensure on-time shipment per PO/contract
- Handle schedule changes, rush orders, and demand fluctuations from customers
- Prepare production and inventory reports (output vs plan, delivery achievement, stock aging)
- Analyze root causes of delays and propose corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (lead time reduction, WIP minimization, lean/JIT practices)
- Ensure PPIC processes align with ERP/MRP system for accurate planning
