Job Description
We are looking for HR Manager based in Jakarta Indonesia for iZeno Indonesia.
Reporting to HRBP – iZeno Group, you will be part of the ASEAN HR team to work within a diverse business support team as well as other colleagues in the APAC region. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to support the HR operation needs of various business units, and most importantly, our employees. The roles & responsibilities include all spectrum of HR, including recruiting and HR operational support to build a high performing and engaging team in iZeno.
To be successful in this role, you need to be able to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and be able to work with various teams collaboratively. You will ensure our HR Operations meet our business needs, employee regulations in Indonesia and can support us to streamline HR operations processes through HRIS tools like Workday.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Drive the talent management initiatives in the organisation
- Recruit talents, on-boarding & induction, engage and retain, exit separation
- Actively promote our employer value proposition to internal & external channels
- Be an Employee advocate and drive employee engagement activities to improve
motivation and retention in the organisation
- Implement organisation development through supporting performance management process, development of training plan, maintain employee training records and conduct essential trainings
- Prepares and maintain payroll, employee database, reports and analysis. Ensure a high level of accuracy in all HR records and documents in compliance of all labour requirements
- Support all compensation benchmark, salary reviews and benefits implementation to ensure compliance with regulations, internal process & market competitiveness
- Maintaining all employee records in HRIS System - Workday
- Work with and support the HRBP to implement changes in policies and processes based on laws, compliance requirements, trends and business changes
- Provide support and roll out local engagement activities and global initiatives
- Provide advisory and handle all employee enquiries on HR operations related matters
- Oversee office administrative matter for iZeno Indonesia
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Required Knowledge & Skill:
- Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations is an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records
- Strong sense of confidentiality, ethics and integrity
- Team player with ability to work well in team settings and liaise with other HR colleagues located overseas, as well as ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Client service minded and ability to prioritize and manage time well to ensure timely service delivery
- Ability to liaise cross-functionally to develop a rapport with peers and other functions
- To be pro-active in approach and a catalyst for change
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage ad-hoc requests in a timely and quality driven manner
- Interacting confidently with various levels including senior staff

For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- Diploma or Degree in HR Management or Business Administration/ Management or equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in HR experience
- Knowledge of local labour law and regulations in Indonesia
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally English to liaise with our English-speaking colleagues
- Candidate with experience in using Workday, BIPO payroll software or similar HRIS software.
- Excellent MS Office skills & Google Suites
