Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence: Define the software architecture direction and ensure the team produces clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Team Mentorship: Conduct daily code reviews and help developers overcome technical challenges.
Bridge to Business: Translate product requirements from the CEO/Product Manager into clear technical tasks for the team.
System Stability: Manage infrastructure (Cloud/Docker) and ensure company data security.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Diploma in an Engineering major
Proficient in fullstack application development, including backend (Golang/Go) and frontend (Vue.js / React)
Has experience using or customizing Odoo (module development)
Understands backend architecture concepts such as RESTful APIs
Experienced in database management (PostgreSQL or MongoDB)
Understands authentication, authorization, and backend application security concepts
Able to write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
Familiar with version control systems such as Git
Understands AI implementation/integration in application development
Based in Bandung, mobile, and willing to travel as needed
