Responsibilities
Role Description
We’re looking for a creative-tech assistant who’s both AI-literate and hands-on—someone who can move fluidly between creative production and light technical execution. The ideal candidate is autonomous, proactive, and comfortable taking assignments with light direction, helping free up leadership time to focus on higher-level
strategy and vision.
- Creative Production Support
- Animate and export stickers for WhatsApp, GIPHY, WeChat, and Instagram
- Assist in developing AI-generated animations for in-store screens and social media
- Prepare, format, and organize creative assets for upload and distribution
- Technical Execution Support
- Support chatbot and LLM (Large Language Model) setup, updates, and maintenance
- Handle light development or no-code tasks for the SOP / recipe management system
- Assist with testing, QA, and troubleshooting for internal tools
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- A curious and resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment
- Working knowledge of AI tools and creative software (e.g. Adobe Suite, Runway, Figma, or equivalents)
- Familiarity with chatbots, automation, or no-code platforms (e.g. Notion, Zapier, Airtable, Make, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for visual detail
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Animation or motion design experience
- Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, JS, or similar)
- Interest in creative tech, digital media, or experimental storytelling
