About Us:

Terraesta is a leading provider of high-quality microcement products, delivering seamless and stylish surface solutions across Bali and beyond. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our growing team in Bali.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expense Reporting: Prepare detailed employee expense reports and manage reimbursement and transfer workflows
  • Payroll Management: Compile and process accurate and timely payroll data, including BPJS payments.
  • Transaction Traceability: Maintain clear records of all incoming and outgoing payments with traceable documentation.
  • Incoming Payments: Monitor and record transactions from Xendit and Shopify Payments, ensuring proper categorization.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Oversee account activity and reconciliation across BNI, BCA, and Wise.
  • Tax Reporting: Prepare and submit corporate and personal tax reports, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements covering marketing, taxes, salaries, and operational expenses.
  • SOP Management: Regularly review and update accounting SOPs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal departments for smooth financial planning and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounting or financial management roles.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax law, payroll systems, and BPJS.
  • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
