Currently, Leighton Contractors Indonesia is looking for HR Project Manager.
The role is responsible for providing leadership direction to the HR Organization (HR Business Partners and Functional Heads) to implement HR strategic plans, policies and procedures; driving HR best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the designated areas of the business; governance and consistent delivery of HR services across different businesses; advising Executive Leadership Team on people and performance issues whilst being the business partner for people strategy aligned with business goals WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF attracting, motivating, retaining and developing talent, creating a positive work environment and thus supporting the achievement of business goals.
