About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our Legal &

Compliance team. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to the legal landscape of

Indonesia's fast-growing fintech industry, working alongside experienced legal practitioners on

regulatory matters, contract management, and corporate governance.

What You'll Do

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, agreements, and contracts (e.g., partnership agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts).Support the team in monitoring and analyzing regulatory developments issued by Bank Indonesia (BI), KOMINFO, and other relevant bodies.Conduct legal research on applicable laws and regulations relevant to Flip's products and business operations.Assist in preparing internal legal memos, briefings, and presentations for management.Support corporate secretarial functions including maintaining corporate documents, registers, and filing obligations.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Compliance, and Business) to gather information needed for legal review.Assist in managing the legal document repository and tracking contract renewal timelines.Perform ad-hoc legal and administrative tasks as required by the Legal Team.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (S1) or have recently graduated in Law (Ilmu Hukum) from a reputable university; strong academic record is preferred.Minimum GPA of 3.20 / 4.00 or equivalent.Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of commercial law, corporate law, or financial services regulation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken); working proficiency in English is a plus.

Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex legal information clearly and concisely.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadline pressure.Team player who can collaborate effectively across functions.Interest in financial technology, startups, and digital payments is highly valued.
