End-to-End Recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
Handle all personnel administration tasks, ensuring detailed and accurate documentation from employee onboarding, employment status changes, to termination of employment
Maintain and optimize employee records (attendance, leave, and personal data) within the HRIS
Manage Compensation & Benefits data to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and HR procedures
Assist with internal/external audits, compliance reviews, and mandatory regulatory reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Psychology (GPA min. 3.00 of 4.00)
Minimum 5 year experiences working on Human Resource related field (Industrial Relation, Employee Relation, Recruitment, or Compensation & Benefit)
Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
English proficiency is a must
Strong organization skills and attention to details
Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
