Job Description
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks and peripherals
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Advanced knowledge of operating systems
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
At least 1 year of related experience;
Troubleshooting skills : Windows OS, Linux OS, Ms. Office, Hardware and Software;
Networking & Mikrotik Skill;
Basic Database Skill;
Good communication and presentation skills;
