Job Description

  • Coordinate regular check-ins, immersions, and discussions with local teams during the project lifecycle to monitor and report on market-specific behaviors, workflows, and performance.
  • Drive collaborative partnerships with local business teams, evaluating regional operational challenges to recommend high-impact product solutions that deliver milestones on schedule.
  • Analyze and prioritize regional product requirements based on potential platform value, ensuring project resources are allocated to initiatives with the highest commercial impact.
  • Establish deep expertise in existing and upcoming features, identifying and sharing localized operational insights and best practices to drive successful product implementation.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of feature rollouts within the project period, publishing user manuals and marketing materials to ensure seamless adoption by regional users.
  • Evaluate and process product feature requests submitted by regional stakeholders, analyzing feasibility and strategic alignment to define project scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to evaluate proposed technical solutions, ensuring that deliverables successfully resolve business challenges and are executed efficiently.

Requirements

  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Possess 3 to 4 years of proven professional experience in product management, management consulting, business strategy, or regional operations.
  • Demonstrate strong domain knowledge of affiliate marketing business models and content ecosystems, particularly within livestreaming or short-form video environments.
  • Exhibit highly developed analytical capabilities with a structured, data-driven approach to solving complex problems.
  • Prove high proficiency in both written and spoken English for professional stakeholder communication
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving alignment on complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented professional comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-velocity, fast-changing environment.
  • Proactive communicator capable of explaining complex product features and operational workflows to diverse teams clearly and concisely.
