Supervise and ensure all export and import processes run smoothly and comply with applicable regulations and company procedures.
Manage and monitor custom clearance processes, including export-import documentation and coordination with Customs (Bea Cukai) and related authorities.
Handle and resolve operational issues at the port, including coordination with shipping lines, forwarders, and terminal operators.
Verify export and import documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other required permits.
Ensure shipment schedules are met and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agents, and other external partners.
Lead, guide, and supervise the export-import team to achieve operational goals efficiently.
Prepare regular reports and evaluations related to export and import activities for management review.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics, Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in logistics or manufacturing industries.
Proven experience in handling custom clearance, customs processes, and port-related issues.
Strong knowledge of export-import regulations, documentation, and INSW systems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with government institutions and external partners.
Proficient in computer applications (Excel, logistics systems, and reporting tools).
Good command of English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
