Job Description:
This is a
full time position with 6 months probation period. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in finance, accounting, and tax management, with a strong understanding of the service industry. The candidate must have excellent business acumen and a proven track record for internal improvement exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial and accounting operations
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and make strategic business decisions
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies
- Manage and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tax laws and regulations
- Participate in financial audits and ensure timely completion of all financial statements
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
Qualifications:
- Experience in the service, consulting, construction project, or similar industries where revenue is recognized on a work in progress basis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in finance, accounting, and tax management
- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Proven track record for internal company experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
