Job Descriptions

Conduct requirements gathering workshops with client users for vanilla/standard product scope,
Configure system parameters, master data settings, and module options per approved requirements,
Design and develop end-user training materials: manuals, quick guides, job aids
Deliver training sessions (classroom, virtual, floor support) to client end users
Prepare and review UAT test scripts and scenarios covering both vanilla features and integrated gap solutions,
Facilitate UAT sessions: coordinate client users, log defects, track resolution with the development party
Escalate UAT defects to PM; escalate functional/standards issues to Development Team
Support cutover activities and provide hypercare (post go-live support)
Document SOPs, user guides, and operational handover materials

Requirements

A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Multifinance project management and implementation
Deep knowledge of Multifinance business process
Proven ability to manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and keep projects within budget.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to translate technical jargon into business value and manage client expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Strong multitasking skills
