Manage and grow a portfolio of ecommerce brands/clients, ensuring achievement of revenue, GMV, and profitability targets.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand principals and marketplace partners.
Drive sales performance through strategic planning, campaign execution, assortment optimization, and promotional initiatives.
Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements based on data analysis.
Prepare and present regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution and target achievement.
Proactively identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and business results.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
2-3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace Management, Key Account Management, or related commercial roles.
Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and operational execution skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience managing multiple clients or brands.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handling multiple priorities.
Familiarity with major marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.) is highly preferred.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is a plus.
