To accord personalize and prompt service to guest, to provide all hotel guest and patron, courteous, tactful and efficient service. Greeter - Mandarin speaker also acted as key personnel when it comes with the non-English speaker Chinese guest.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Some experience in customer service
- Pleasant personality
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of computer / recent / relevant technology equipment and usage
- Able to work flexible hours
