We are seeking a highly strategic and passionate
Brand Manager to lead and strengthen our brand portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategies, enhancing brand equity, and delivering impactful customer experiences through integrated marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning aligned with business objectives and brand DNA.
- Plan and implement integrated ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, brand activations, and promotional events.
- Manage annual branding budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and strengthen product positioning.
- Lead the planning and execution of brand events, store openings, customer gatherings, product launches, and partnership programs.
- Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and impactful brand communication.
- Review and ensure the quality and consistency of all branding and marketing materials.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of branding activities, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage external agencies, event organizers, media partners, and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve business objectives.
