Requirements

Bachelor's degree from Psychology, Law, Management.
Get used with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
Willingness to work with minimal supervision, perform administrative tasks, and maintain amounts of data with excel or spreadsheet.
Experienced as HR generalist or recruiter is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct recruitment included selection. offering and staffing process,
Execute and training evaluation and design the induction training module and procedure,
Perform and supervise the general affairs execution,
Administer documents and deliver solution regarding industrial relationship problems in the company,
Conduct employee performance evaluation and performance appraisal,
Conduct counseling and act as communication facilitator between employees and the company,
