About the Role
Ku Creatives is an AI-powered ad creative production floor that produces for Bear Grylls, Fortune 500 agencies, and 70+ creative teams worldwide. We're looking for a Creative Project Manager to lead and supervise our editing team, QC every deliverable before it reaches clients, enforce brand guidelines across multiple accounts, and serve as the main point of contact for clients from brief to final delivery. Ku Creatives only serves international clients.
This is a leadership role. You'll be the bridge between clients and the creative team, making sure projects run on time, feedback is communicated clearly, and every output meets Ku Creatives' quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the creative team, managing workload allocation based on capacity, skill level, and delivery priorities.
- Review and approve video edits/designs/ads before client delivery, giving clear feedback to maintain consistent output quality.
- Own client relationships from briefing to final delivery, translating feedback into actionable direction for the team.
- Track project timelines, team productivity, and delivery metrics to keep operations running smoothly and flag risks early.
- Build and maintain production workflows and quality control processes that scale with the team.
- Collaborate on creative direction and platform best practices to continuously raise the bar on content quality.
Requirements
- Willing to work from 15.00 - 24.00 WIB
- Willing to work full-time from office in Jakarta.
- Minimum S1 / Bachelor's degree in Management, Communications, Film, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management, production coordination, or creative operations role, preferably within a video, creative, or content agency.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at C2 level, TOEFL or IELTS certification is a must
- Strong understanding of the video production process, from briefing and pre-production through to editing and final delivery.
- Proven ability to lead and give feedback to creative teams with clarity and confidence.
- Excellent client communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to manage expectations professionally.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiar with project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and what good video ads looks like across each.
- Understanding of direct-response marketing principles or techniques.
- Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and able to make quick decisions when things don't go to plan.
