Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Personal Financial Advisor (Private Wealth) on a contractual basis to deliver tailored financial planning and investment strategies to high-net-worth clients. This role focuses on private wealth management, ensuring clients’ financial goals align with long-term wealth preservation and growth. The work directly impacts client financial security and legacy planning, requiring precision and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients with investable assets exceeding $1 million, aligning strategies with risk tolerance and life-stage objectives.
• Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews to assess performance, rebalance assets, and adjust strategies based on market conditions and client needs.
• Collaborate with tax attorneys and estate planners to structure wealth transfers, minimize tax liabilities, and optimize estate plans.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and projections for client meetings, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, ensuring all advice and documentation adhere to industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in wealth management or private banking, with a proven track record advising high-net-worth individuals.
• Series 7 and Series 65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days), demonstrating regulatory knowledge in securities and investment advisory.
• Proficiency in financial planning software such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or comparable platforms to model client scenarios.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships and communicate financial concepts to non-experts.
• Experience working with clients in estate planning, tax optimization, and philanthropic giving strategies.
