AI is only as good as the humans who evaluate it. We're looking for sharp, detail-oriented people to review AI-generated outputs and provide the structured feedback that helps cutting-edge AI systems learn, improve, and deliver better results.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — you set your schedule and work as much or as little as fits your life. No AI background required. If you can read critically, think analytically, and communicate clearly, you're already qualified.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for accuracy, relevance, and quality
- Rate content using clear rubrics and evaluation guidelines
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI responses fall short
- Write clear, actionable feedback that directly informs how AI models are improved
- Work across a wide range of topics and content types — no two tasks are the same
Who You Are
- A natural eye for detail — you notice when something is off
- Strong analytical thinking and reading comprehension
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Clear, concise written communication in English
- Self-motivated and reliable when working asynchronously
- No prior AI or technical experience required — we'll provide everything you need

- Background in writing, editing, research, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with structured evaluation or rubric-based scoring
