About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Sewu Segar Nusantara (Gunung Sewu Group). As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance in Semarang, Central Java.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targetsManage and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributorsAnalyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfactionProvide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the FMCG or distribution industryProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing teamExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholdersProficiency in data analysis and the use of sales management toolsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with the modern markets is highly desirableWilling to be based in Semarang, Central Java.
