About B One Consulting We designs and builds web, mobile, and AI solutions for demanding clients. Our development team is based in Bali, Indonesia, where we ship production-grade products on modern, ambitious stacks.
The Role You'll own the AI architecture of our products, from design to production. You'll be the technical reference for building long, structured, and reliable document generation through RAG and multi-agent orchestration.
What You'll Do
- Design and industrialize RAG architectures (pgvector/PostgreSQL, hybrid search, embeddings)
- Orchestrate multi-agent systems (LangGraph) for complex generation workflows
- Integrate and optimize LLMs in production, with a focus on European/sovereign cloud environments
- Build quality evaluation and editorial guardrails for AI generation
- Ensure multi-tenant isolation, security, and data confidentiality
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with LLM and RAG architectures in production (not just POCs)
- Strong Python skills, plus AI orchestration frameworks and vector databases
- Solid grasp of security, data privacy, and compliance principles
- Ability to turn business requirements into reliable, scalable systems
- Autonomy, rigor, and a delivery-focused mindset
