  • Support the administration and documentation of supplier quality and warranty-related activities
  • Maintain and update supplier claim records, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and properly documented
  • Coordinate the submission and follow-up of supplier claims related to defective, non-conforming, or warranty-returned parts
  • Monitor the movement and status of non-conforming materials and replacement parts from receipt through resolution
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and tracking tools related to supplier quality performance and claim activities
  • Assist in managing containment actions by maintaining action lists, monitoring progress, and following up on outstanding item
