Job Description

Perform daily transaction reconciliations and prepare daily reconciliation reports for internal and external parties.
Investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Maintain integrity of financial records with strong attention to detail and adherence to SLAs.
Monitor financial data and trends, produce analyses, and provide actionable recommendations to improve reconciliation accuracy and timeliness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address reconciliation issues and support process improvements.
Maintain documentation of reconciliation processes, exceptions, and resolution steps to support audits and knowledge sharing.
Support ad-hoc reporting requests and month-end activities related to settlements and reconciliations.
Act as primary contact for day‑to‑day reconciliation inquiries from stakeholders and escalate complex issues as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong numerical motivation and comfort working with large volumes of transactional data.
Proven attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate financial records under tight SLAs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with financial or reconciliation software is preferred or the ability to quickly learn new tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate discrepancies thoroughly and drive timely resolution.
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment
