Bertanggungjawab penuh atas kelancaran, efesien dan profesional di semua Front Office Department dan memastikan operasi berjalan baik.
Melakukan audit dan kontrol secara konsisten. Berkomunikasi aktif dengan bagian Accounting bilamana terjadi penyimpangan dan melakukan pembinaan terhadap karyawan bila diperlukan.
Melatih dan mengembangkan semua karyawan setinggi mungkin. Memastikan bahwa pelatihan sehari hari disediakan untuk tehnis, perhotelan, komunikasi, management dan keterampilan organisasi.
Memastikan bahwa semua program di perusahaan berjalan dengan baik dan konsisten dan diketahui oleh semua karyawan Front Office.
Selalu mengkontrol biaya di Front Office dan harus sesuai dengan budget. Mempunyai sistem kontrol dan terkendali

Persyaratan
Experience in hotel front office operations
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and mentor team members
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and revenue management
Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
In-depth knowledge of front office procedures, revenue management principles, and industry best practices
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
Multilingual abilities, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred)
Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work well under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management
