Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our team and assist in Sustainability Department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for an active student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Under supervision and with guidance, you will be involved in learning and assisting with:
- Assist in data collection, monitoring, and analysis for sustainability programs
- Support research on renewable energy initiatives, including conversion of diesel-powered equipment to electric
- Participate in CSR and community development activities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials
- Provide administrative support to the department
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Currently enrolled as an active university student (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree) throughout the internship period
- Active university student (D3/D4/S1) from one of the following relevant majors:
- Environmental Engineering: Prior experience or academic exposure in conducting Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and Familiarity with SimaPro software is preferred
- Industrial Engineering: With concentration and/or interest in renewable energy
- Strong interest in sustainability, CSR, and renewable energy
- Internship placement is available in McDermott Batam and the minimum duration should be done in 6 Months
- Applicants should not be participating in another internship program
- Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions
