Manage end-to-end payroll operations accurately and on time, including salary calculation, overtime, incentives, deductions, tax, and BPJS administration.
Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
Handle payroll administration for permanent employees, contract employees, and outsourced manpower.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and external vendors regarding payroll and employee data.
Monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, and payroll-related reports for logistics operations.
Review and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage payroll vendors and outsourced employee administration.
Prepare payroll reports, analysis, and recommendations for management.
Support payroll system improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industries.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor law, BPJS, PPh21, and outsourced manpower management.
Experience handling large-scale and multi-site payroll operations.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRIS systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and maintain high confidentiality.
